A plain summary of your rights when you buy a digital product from us.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU you can normally withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not apply to digital content that is delivered right away when you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
2. What you confirm at checkout
Before paying you tick a box that says you want your files delivered right away and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. We keep the time you ticked it with your order. Because delivery by email starts straight after payment, the withdrawal right is normally lost at that moment.
3. If something is wrong with the product
If a file is missing, will not open or does not match what the product page promised, write to [to be completed before launch] with your order email. We will fix or replace it. If we cannot, we will refund you in full. This is on top of your legal rights and is not affected by the tick box above.
4. How to ask for a refund or exercise withdrawal where it applies
Write to [to be completed before launch] saying which product you bought and with which email address. You can use any clear statement; there is no required form. We answer within a few working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 14 days. Stripe and your bank decide how long it then takes to appear on your statement.
6. Costs of other tools
Subscriptions or credits with third-party tools such as Claude or fal.ai are bought from those companies, not from us, and are refunded only under their terms.
