These terms apply to purchases of digital guides, prompt packs and templates (the products) from choocodestudio.com, and to using the site.
1. Who sells

2. What you buy
Digital products: documents, prompts and template files delivered as download links by email and in your account area. Each product page lists what is included. Products are not physical goods and nothing is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
The price shown on the product page and at checkout is the final price, taxes included where they apply. Prices are set in euros and shown in the currency of your country (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, BRL or SEK) from a fixed price table, not a live exchange rate; you are charged in the currency shown. You see it before you pay and the amount does not change at the payment step. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees if your card is in another currency. Payment is by card through Stripe. Some products have a launch price that ends on the date shown; the price in force when you pay is the one you are charged.
4. Delivery
After payment we email you the download links, normally within a few minutes. Links stay valid for 7 days. You can always get new links from the account area or by asking for a resend on the thank-you page. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder or write to us.
5. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied right away, that right is lost once delivery starts if you have asked for it to start and confirmed that you understand you lose the right. We ask for exactly that confirmation with a separate tick box before payment. Details and how to contact us are in the refunds and withdrawal page.
6. Licence: what you may do with the products
You may use the products, modified or not, for your own projects and for client projects, as many as you like, without attribution. You may not resell, redistribute or share the products themselves (original or lightly modified) as a template, theme, course asset or download. One purchase is for one person or one small team that works together.
7. AI tools and results
The guides show how to use third-party AI tools such as Claude, Flux, Kling and ElevenLabs. Those tools have their own prices, terms and limits, which are not included in the price of a guide, and each guide has a section called what you pay. AI output varies, so your results will be similar to the examples but not identical, and we do not promise any particular business result, income or audience.
8. Independence
Choocode Studio is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or any other tool maker. Product and company names belong to their owners. The demo brands in our videos are fictional.
9. Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies as the law sets it. If a file is missing, damaged or does not match its description, tell us and we will fix or replace it, or refund you if we cannot.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or liability that cannot be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses and our total liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version you accepted when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase; its date is stored with the order.
12. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. Please write to us first at [to be completed before launch]; we will answer quickly.
